In addition to the provision of a bar at your wedding reception we recognise that many couples wish to provide some free beverages for their guests, usually in the the way of a welcome drink on arrival, a champagne or sparkling wine for a toast and often some wine and mineral water on the dinner tables. Oxford wedding bars works closely with a large drinks retailer to provide these products at competitive prices and is equipped to provide the service of these drinks if required.
Welcome drinks/Toasts (price includes staffing, glass loan and cleaning, set up and removal)
Sparkling Wine (Cava/Prosseco) £2.50/person served chilled.
Champagne from £4.50/person served chilled
Verve Cliquot Champagne £6.50/person served chilled
Serving of Pimms with Lemonade, ice, orange, lemon and mint £3/person
Table Wine
We offer great bulk discounts on Wine for our bar customers, everything we sell is on a sale or return basis, delivery to the venue and glass loan are both free* and in addition we can run a wine tasting specially for you to help you select the right wines for your special occasion. There is an additional cost of 20p/glass for removing and cleaning glasses from tables
* Standard wine goblets and Flutes are loaned free with wine purchesed additional styles of glasses can be hired for a small hire charge
